- Dart accepts payment via American Express, Visa, and Mastercard in AED for its services. All online purchases are governed by the terms and conditions mentioned herein and throughout the website.

- Dart engages in various commercial activities related to business setup in the United Arab Emirates.
- Dart website displays the accepted cards, and users are requested to use the specified ones only.
- The prices mentioned on this website are in UAE dirhams (AED) and are applicable only to clients present in the country. Clients based outside the UAE will have to bear costs in accordance with their local currency, i.e., USD, GBP & INR.
- The laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern the usage of payment on this site. In case of conflict, all disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in the UAE.
- Please note that payment transactions cannot be made with OFAC listed countries.
- Individuals/customers/clients using the website—if a minor or under the age of 18—shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
- Retain a copy of every transaction you make using the website.

REFUND & CANCELLATION
- Dart has a no-refund policy for the services provided on or off this website. However, the refund policy applies to payments made as security deposits for business centers, which will be refunded upon cancellation or maturation.
- Dart has a no-cancellation policy for services provided on or off this website. However, cancellations in progress may be considered depending on the nature of the assigned services.
PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.
PRICING AND SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Prices of services listed on the site are stated in AED unless otherwise specified. Dart reserves the right to revise, update or modify service pricing at its sole discretion. Descriptions provided for each service are intended to be informative and accurate to the best of our ability.
